Project Description

We partnered with Hogan Engineering – who manufactures and distributes high-quality earth moving equipment and parts – to introduce a marketing function that didn’t exist for the company. Due to recent growth, a Sales and Marketing Administrator role was needed to support the existing sales team, help with the marketing activity and provide product management support.

The Challenge

Finding a successful marketing graduate to join a traditional sales-orientated culture; someone they could trust to bring in new expertise and leadership skills whilst safeguarding the reputation of the company.
