Project Description
We partnered with Mitsubishi Electric – a manufacturer of high-quality electrical and electronic products for the home and business industries – to cover an existing staff member who was on maternity leave for a period of 12 months.
Our engagement resulted in Mitsubishi Electric achieving continuity in the delivery of their calendar of events around design and the product of collateral for their sales team as well as their marketing team.
The Challenge
Due to staff going on maternity leave, they urgently needed someone who could hit the ground running. Given they were taking over from someone, the candidate needed to understand their role as well as have an appreciation for Mitsubishi’s vision and challenges.
